Helewai Concierge Services offers a wide range of travel services, including hotel site selection, hotel room block negotiations, reservation management, group activities, tours, transportation, and more!  However, we do not provide airline services.

Our services come at no cost to you! We earn commissions from activity vendors and hotel partners, making it not only advantageous but also a smart financial choice to enlist us as your destination travel expert. 

Travel cancellations will be subject to the policies of the specific activity or hotel provider, meaning they will vary depending on their individual terms and conditions. 

Once we receive your inquiry request form, you will hear from us within 24-48 hours via email, along with a more detailed Questionnaire.  Prior to sourcing, we do require a Terms & Services agreement to be reviewed and signed by you.  We do not collect any payment, other than a simple acknowledgement of our responsibilities.  We're ready to service you!
